April Show and Tell

Thanks to the people who do the work behind the scenes for another great Guild meeting in April!
Here's what you missed at Show and Tell if you couldn't be there.  Apologies for poor quality or missed pictures.  Kathi was away and I don't think my camera is as nice as hers.  :-)And apologies for any I mislabel since I'm doing it from memory! (always dangerous!)

Shirley Lapp was working on this one at retreat in February

Yellow Brick Road by Shirley Lapp

Sue Privatera finished these vests for the silent auction

Pat Keller promises to keep this bag filled with goodies

Pat made this for her church

Elaine Ross is continuing her "Bermuda" series.  Too bad the embellishments don't show up in the picture.
Elaine made this purse- except the handles- at the retreat.

Elaine's autumn tree.  The colors are much better in person!
Mary Kozub finished her Black Eyed Susans from a class with Caren Betlinski

Barb Brady's sweet little wall hanging brought back memories of childhood!

With the leftovers, she made potholders!

Ann Pfaff is slowly finishing off the flannel quilts she made for donations
They have little duckies on them!

Cute purse, right?

Nope, it's Lori Anderson's new hot iron carrier!
Lori hand quilted this little pinwheel quilt!

A table runner made with some of the many leftover yo-yos Kate has from the quilt she made last year!

Lorraine West hunted the internet for this pattern- made with a jelly roll!

We had a great program with Penny Marble, who shared with us her journey from novice to pattern designer!

This was Penny's first quilt.  It took her over 50 tries to get the center to lie flat!  ( I would have given up long before that)
