March Show and Tell

Donna was missed at our monthly guild meeting this month. Take care and thinking of you Madam President! Elaine did a great job running the meeting as my (Kathi's) co-chair. I am not a fan of that dang microphone~!
Melanie and Mary Ann were the main attraction with a day of community service sewing.
Martha was also missed...I forgot to get a stand in to record who showed what! I will record the ones I remember...if yours is not labeled, email Martha or me and we will fix that.
Jean Butzer's miniature. Hundreds of pieces!
Elaine Ross and her painted butterfly.

Pat Gardner, above and below. First art quilts.

Diana Sikora. If you look close, you can see sparkles from sequins.
Connie Grimsley's wintery wallhanging.
Chris Kuehl's mini landscape. (above) Ann Renica's double nine patch quilt below!
Our guest/new member showed us her first quilt....a tumbling block!
Terru McGuire showed us the dog beds she makes with our scraps.
John Roll finished Bernice's quilt. Below is John's well.
Kathi Everett's wedding quilt top for daughter.

Some samples of the dying class Karen Frutiger took in Rochester last weekend.
Tracy Jachimowicz made this St Patricks Day tablerunner.
Elaine Ross, above and below. (sorry for the blurry Blackberry pic below, my camera was late to the party)
We had a guest bring this gorgeous vintage crazy quilt. He is interested in an appraisal and someone that may be able to finish it for him to hang.

As usual show and tell was awesome! Please, if you make anything, big, small....bring it in to share with everyone!

Next month we will have a Demo meeting.
Martha will demo the Double Diamond Ruler
Kathi will demo an embellishing machine.
Elaine will demo a new fusible cord.
Melanie will demo something!!!
