There was a very long line of ladies with things to show at the meeting this month!!!
Nancy reminds us to read the directions when making community service blocks.
Trudy Kutter has been finishing up some things.
Trudy used several techniques to finish this one
This one was quilted using the "Big stitch" technique.
The extra blocks she made into a table runner.
Mary Kozub used the kaleidoscope techniques learned last month to make this ball.
Mary bought this kit at the Genesee Valley show last June.
Cheryl Doody made this fall table runner
Cathy Judkins Made this lovely flower bag with her embroidery machine.
Kathy Belluscio made this as a gift for a neighbor.
Connie and Vinnie showed the quilt tops that had been brought in this month. Sorry they're blurry- they were moving very fast!
Barb Brady made this with an Eleanor Burns pattern.
Lorraine West has been trying to use up some of her scraps.
Both of these were donated to community service.
If you missed it, here is a great tutorial for this technique.
Looks like a great way to use up scraps!
(You'd think I would have taken pictures of my own table, right? This is my work table at home)
Fortunately, I posted a lot of it on my blog.
Don't forget the December meeting is a week early- December 12. It's our annual holiday party, so remember to bring a place setting and a dish to pass. This year, think brunch when you choose your dish. Kathi said bacon is good. :-)
