It is usually not the most well-attended meeting, but those who come enjoy a chance to spend more time just enjoying t eh company of our fellow members. There's usually so little time to socialize.
And, of course, there's show and tell!
Nancy's tumbler donation quilt.
With yarn given to her by another member, Nancy made an afghan to donate.
Joann Flynt showed a quilt made by John Rolle to be a graduation gift. The grad is (or was?) studying psychology, so the backing seemed perfect!
Donna Tomski took a kit from Community Service at some point. The previous person had been stuck on this ribbon border, but Donna figured it out.
Looking ahead- the flea market returns in September. Now is your big chance to clean out your sewing room, or your big chance to grab some wonderful goodies at great prices!
Don't forget the QUILT SHOW is in October! Have you registered your quilts yet? You can do it online here! We need YOUR quilts to make this show the best ever!
For visitors, show information can be found here, or by clicking on the Museum picture at the top right of the page. We hope you'll come see our show!
