Scenes from Retreat

Silver Lake always looks so pretty in the winter!

The weather was up and down over the weekend, but no one really cared, since we were there to sew!

It's always fun to see the little groups form to discuss projects.

Friday morning was cold and snowy, but when the sun came out, it got pretty.

Julie Brandon printed a picture, and made a tiny tapestry

Kathi retired the week before, so she was given a great assortment of blocks to make into a commemorative quilt!

Lori's block- sideways (sorry)

The green fabric was provided by Tracy for us all to use.

Tracy also brought a cake we enjoyed at dinner on Friday night.

There was color everywhere!

Julie brought some friends to show us the project she was sharing with us all this year. Aren't they cute!

We all had a blast making them for ourselves!

Each one has its own personality....

Lori's doll grew some horns
The class photo was quite an event!

Quite a lot got done during the retreat- I'm sure you'll be seeing it soon at Show and Tell!!!
