During Show and Tell, Elaine Ross, Mary Ellen Ames and Terry McGuire shared a nice memory of Charlotte Dauer, who we lost last month. Many of the members of the guild have this bag, which Charlotte taught as a workshop. If you didn't see it, there was a nice tribute to her in the March newsletter.

Susie Spicer didn't have fabric when she went to a workshop to learn "triangulations", so she dug through a box of scraps and found an old appliqué panel. It made a very cute pillow! She even used the instructions!

Our program this month featured owners and service techs, Don and Marie, from Marie's Sewing Center. They explained care and cleaning of sewing machines, as well as some very entertaining cautionary tales! The biggest things were clean your machine often, get it serviced once a year, and never take it apart yourself!
Next meeting is a week early due to the Easter holiday. See you on April 8
